Everything.. RGS is an amazing company to work with.. its an employee centric company.. wonderful people in management who are always ready to help you. They ensure you are rewarded for your job.. I started as an agent was promoted basis my performance and thats the best part as RGS ensures we get what we deserve.

Although, The salary benefits are impeccable the leave requests are denied and cut shorted. There is no overtime but if the goals aren't meeting you're informed to work on a Saturday as well. No micro management but there is no work life balance

Poor leadership structure, from senior vice president to director, supervisor, manager, payroll and hr. They are dishonest, bias, petty and unprofessional in every sense of the word. While everyone claims they have an open door policy, they cannot be trusted. Best believe they are going to take the word of their friend or favorite employee, without conducting a thorough investigation. They penalize you for the wrongs that they do. If you have a disagreement with a member of the leadership team a year ago, it either reflects on your review, or they refuse to do your review. THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD BACKGROUND VERIFICATION.. U CAN WORK WITH CRIMINALS AND ALSO WITH THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE INTREST IN WRONG BUSINESS.. BASICALLY U CAN BE FRIEND WITH THEM AND EARN GOOD AMOUNT ON WEEKENDS AS THIS "LE PROCESS" HAVE FIXED SAT SUN WEEKOFFS.

Radius company was holding a good position in BPO sector. Just bcoz of some rummy players in "LE". And the circus which i saw in "LE". Have laid down the companies reputation. This is the first company where I heard Employees saying that they have criminal records in the past and that is still active... OMG how do radius does verification. Do they take money from employees to give them job. Or they have worst background verification. I would also like to add in that if u want some genuine help u can always reach out to Sr HR Shubdha and Geeta who are actually good at there work.
