The IT department routinely emphasizes that both in-house and external applications require higher system configurations to function efficiently. However, these upgrades remain elusive, almost as if you'd need to wish upon a shooting star for them to materialize—particularly if you find yourself working remotely on the night shift. This technological inefficiency significantly hampers productivity and creates a frustrating work environment for employees. The office politics within the company are nothing short of toxic and unbearable. There's a blatant lack of investment in employee development, with the organization contributing absolutely no effort toward upskilling or professional growth. Instead, the focus is on extracting the maximum amount of work from employees, pushing them to perform like oxen with little regard for their well-being. Training is not about enhancing your skills or preparing you for advancement; it's about conditioning you to endure heavy workloads without question. Moreover, the workplace is filled with hypocrisy and jealousy. Some individuals will go to great lengths to make your work experience miserable if they feel their egos aren't being sufficiently stroked. These same people will manipulate situations to force you to extend your shift, regardless of your personal time or well-being, simply to maintain their sense of power and control. Poor leadership structure, from senior vice president to director, supervisor, manager, payroll and hr. They are dishonest, bias, petty and unprofessional in every sense of the word. While everyone claims they have an open door policy, they cannot be trusted. Best believe they are going to take the word of their friend or favorite employee, without conducting a thorough investigation. They penalize you for the wrongs that they do. If you have a disagreement with a member of the leadership team a year ago, it either reflects on your review, or they refuse to do your review. Radius company was holding a good position in BPO sector. Just bcoz of some rummy players in "LE". And the circus which i saw in "LE". Have laid down the companies reputation.
