During the Lock down Radisson Blu Muscat support our staff as mush as possible it provide full safety and security to staff and guest as well, as compare salary and other benefit its fine for all staff during this pandemic situation very less staff lost there job as compare other industry our Hotel department head they full support to our staff.

Dislikes

There is nothing to say dislike but as per the Training policy its little bit slow then other industry training wise very less training we get.

I was working almost 18th month during this days i find lots of thing best thing i like staff is very friendly nature cooperate each department working environment is very well. Our organisation is not very big but as per the working standard is very well
