For me, it is their ethics, knowledge on their products, understanding and adjustments to accomodate employees situational emergencies and last but not the least Opportunities to grow.

Dislikes

I see it as opportunities to improve, more management training programs should be included, periodic celebrations and parties, genuine and more partial annual rewards should happen.

I have to internally switch to multiple project all different domain, on the current project I am working for more than 4 years. But all project and work give me good experience and allowed me learn intresting thing.

Dislikes

Negotiate for salary while joining later they don't consider you are good or bad they give you pre-decided hike almost similar for all employees. You can say they don't discriminate when it comes to giving hike.

I liked working with some of the managers. Still there were a lot of problems but recently it is really really bad.

Dislikes

There are a lot of problems within the company. First is communication issues which is the middle ground of all the problems. If you are frustated with your manager, or been burnt out for working 11-13 hours daily because you are handling multiple projects in different timezones, you can't do anything about it. Company policies are very bad, there is no Paternity leave, because fathers have no role in when you are adding a new member in your family. I had to take client calls before and after the delivery. Appraisal policies are really bad. I had to resign 5 times just to get good appraisal. Some projects are really bad, and if the client mentally harass the whole team, guess what, you CAN'T do anything. No one will listen and you will be asked to work harder on impossible deadlines. There is a good reason, why R Systems is so old and still not that big of a company. Stay away from this company and even if you make it in, know that any day can be your last without warning because of hire and fire policies. In five years, I have seen that all good employees left this company and they fire the bad ones immediately. Only mid level employees with very bad communication skills are remains. I have joined the company. Post 2 weeks I have appendix operation. As this was the joining month. I have plan to opt for health insurance. The window was not closed yet. But before that I was admitted to the hospital. The expense was 4.5 Lakh which was too high. When I joined back the office post my operation. I discussed for the insurance claim with the HR. But unfortunately HR denied for the claim and told when I was in hospital Health Insurance window has been closed. I have took multiple loan and Paid this amount in 2 to 3 years. There is absolutely nothing good about R Systems. Never ever join in inside sales. Your job is at stake from day one. They are rude, highly unprofessional. Stay away from these punjabi donkeys They treat you like labour. They are never satisfied and think they can hire better person. Lower level sales role job is always at stake. It’s not an IT company but a Factory set up where you are treated as labour. The older and long tenured employees won’t let you settle in. They have no policy and they fire immediately.Wish I could give zero rating. NEVER EVER JOIN HERE…
