Over all good but hardest part in the salary benefits and management need to encourage for the carrier growth and work life balance is good.

* Food to be provided to all at office without any condition ; * Hap Pay App to be upgraded with Scan & Pay for any immediate uses. *Leave Balances to be En-cashed as pay every year without any minuses. * Any Holiday working must be provided with Double Pay(OT), I had it at Omega Bangalore on 2008 itself why can't here now. Experienced coders please avoid this company. For comparing with existing employees they give priority to freshers and every weekend compulsory working. Lot of politics specifically in hike and promotion. There is no job security. Poor management
