I have no words to explain this worst company. Management is very bad. Managers are very bad. There is a policy of favouritism even for the appraisial and promotional. They always promote unskilled agents because they are fav or Jaideep and Rajesh. Hence they never respected tenure and valuable TD. When there were TD like Sumit and Navya and manager like Deepak srivastava. The vibe of working was so different. They were so good and helpful and the process was running smoothly, however, now the process is being worst day by day. Even tenure has left. I d request not to join this company. This company was good earlier and now its worst day by day. They have tortured me so much, i have suicidial thoughts. They wants you to be their pupet other wise they will target u. Work load is managable but the enviorment will make you mad and your physical and mental health will be effected. Think thousand times before joining this organization....Read More

Nothing to like except week offs until the management forces you to do OT and work on weekend

The OT part is worst they are paying 150 for 1 hour. Even though spending a minute in such a toxic management environment is struggle. Agents are pacified by arranging team parties but on cost of what ?? Peace and work lige balance. They invited me to party in gurgaon and it will till 12 midnight then i reached home around 1 am midnight. The most SHAMELESS act they did is to force me to login in morning shift starting 5.30 am. This is the first time I am giving review for an organisation. I joined this organisation back in 2022 and now I think it was best decision I made about my career. I really liked the overall work culture and policies of the organisation. They provide platform to showcase the skills of an individual. All the managers in Contact Centre are very cooperative and helpful. I recommend one of my friend to Quinte and he also joined few months back and he is also very happy working here. Nothing good here and managers they are very rude even don't compromise or even try to help. If you are in any worst situation or you needed any help, they won't try to resolve. They will just ask you for ATL or you will have to suffer working there. I'd suggest don't join this company. Nothing is liking here and you will get only bad memories.

Toxic environment, people, team leaders and managers. Count even 1 min of extended breaks and inappropriate incentive structure. It’s like you are stuck in a horrible hole. No one will even listen to your complaints and ignore your emails with grievances as well. Zero growth opportunity and Poor office location.

The culture is liberal. They offer a lot of support in terms of work to their employees and explain the process in and out. You will learn to manage clients by yourself and banking is a sensitive client handling process. You get a lot of room to learn new things. It is a great company to start and gain international experience for Indian candidates. Supportive management and a lot of job security.
