Nothing to like except week offs until the management forces you to do OT and work on weekend

The OT part is worst they are paying 150 for 1 hour. Even though spending a minute in such a toxic management environment is struggle. Agents are pacified by arranging team parties but on cost of what ?? Peace and work lige balance.
