when you are new joiner they will treat as a savior but after 6 month they will show they actual behaviour and forcefully assigning unknown multiple task and shows employee is not capable to handle and then kick out of company by partially biased with HR and management.

Company culture is good. Hike was okay .Logistics department is not so good.

Dislikes

Logistics department is not professional enough. Training was not there also there was no growth at all. I faced mental harassment and continuous blaming from my manager. This company would be in trouble if they are not taking care of their employees and understand the story of an employee. Off role employees also do not get proper offer letter. Logistics department even do not understand basic English. Company should be aware of these people. I was also threatened by manager regarding reviews. I even did not feel to continue this company. I will not refer someone who is looking for a good opportunity in logistics and supply chain management. Because even my seniors were insecure and afraid to talk manager because they had home loan and we're employees from pilot batch. Quick Heal should take reviews of manager as well from all other departments employee that how he behave.
