Nothing.Total default company and the country manager always are total fraud and big time defaulters.The HR and management don't listen to any employees concerns.

One of the worst company I have ever worked in my life.Total fraud company and the people are too bad.

Dislikes

I was totally unfortunate to have worked in Kaspersky.Indian management is total fraud.Every six months they terminate the account manager.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
