What i disliked the most is they aren't organized if any freshers come here he is either ignored like I was or is not given proper work or given training or even proper KT as there arent any senior or experienced faculty left.

Management level people are overpaid. Engineers are underpaid. HR policies are in favour of employer. Never expect in surprise gifts from company. Variable pay is almost never get paid fully, they always give excuses. Every appraisal discussion is - you are paid very well as compared to others. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
