Salary is paid on time with good job security and have flexible working hours. It totally depends on the client you work for.

Dislikes

No recognition and rewards. Very less yearly leaves. No fair appraisal even if you are excellent. Performance ratings are just for formalities and has no value. Most of the things which says for employee beneficiary are just for formalities which has no real outcome or adds value in the growth of an employee. No smooth relieving even if you are clear and there is no dependency.

- Quest provides an option of taking upto five compensatory offs for working on the holidays. - During Covid, Quest provided additional 14 Sick leaves for the people who got affected with Covid. That's really nice.

- They are very strict on Utilization. Sometimes they give utilization targets of way above 100%. Utilization = (Billable hours)/(Total Hours of Working) - The average appraisal in the company is in single digits. Sometimes even less than 5%. - HR services in the company are absolutely abysmal. The HR business partner would most probably be a one-two year old fresher and won't even understand your concern. In fact, if you ask questions the HR doesn't have answer to, they would somehow try to intimidate you. - The appraisal and promotions are not fair at all. You may perform extra-ordinarily high, and yet you may not be promoted if the management doesn't want. - There is absolutely no vision of quality of work for Mid senior level technocrats. Infact, Quest wants to Milk the technocrats by over loading them with non-billable tasks and yet somehow maintain high billable utilization.
