Job security is zero. Manager and director anyways playing game and politics to ground level people for team to team and spreading rumours on us. They won't give you urgent leave and work pressure is like hell. No Cafeteria no meals provided on night shift neither night allowance. They show you company policies ISO but they never follow. IT room is like smaller than bathroom size. Bathroom stinks always, no paper on toilet room....Read More
