Only like is that you get money.

Dislikes

This is a shop, not an organization. Being run by some senseless management people. Dictators are sitting at the top and playing with people values. Management people micromanage and stupid enough to ruin the culture, very toxic and be ready to get kicked in a day if you are not nodding your head to the management.
