Quale has a wonderful learning environment for any fresher to start their career in tech... especially RPA & AI. Has a very friendly work culture. Have gained so much exposure & skills working on client projects.

Dislikes

have to work from home mostly due to Covid situation, so missing out on various fun activities, sports meets & outings.

There are a lot of RPA & AI projects from global clients. Also really honored to work on our in-house Intelligent Automation platform – Aiwozo. Which is one of the top ranked platforms out there globally. One doesn't get to work on such products very often. I see a huge potential at Quale with work on various AI products going on simultaneously.

Sometimes have to work extra time if required. Except that I don't see any issues at all. Will highly recommend working at Quale Infotech.

Quale offers a very stable working environment. The management always motivates you to innovate in your core competency. I'm quite impressed by their AI Innovation Hub research & projects... getting to learn a lot by working on real product development in AI/ML, NLP, cognitive algorithms, etc. Overall, it's a wonderful experience.
