This is worst environment and management. very poor company culture. Here no hike, no career growth, no policy, no perks, no benefits.. company expecting only work from the staffs.

Dislikes

I worked nearly two years of company, there is doesn't credit in your salary on time. You never expecting salary in your emergency time also.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
