If you are working for a good client then everything goes fine.

If your client is bad then there is no work life balance and qentelli won't support you in this regard. They act like they are supporting but in reality they won't help you in anyway, because they are afraid of loosing the contract from the client and have no guts to talk to client about employee/team concerns.
