Was not really sure of joining the organisation, but was very much relaxed when came across the recognition which says “ONE OF THE TOP 5 PLACE TO WORK IN INDIA” What I like … Prime location Beautiful campus Advanced infra Friendly staff and managers Flexible timings Hybrid work style Employ benefits to save tax List goes on and on….

If you are working for a good client then everything goes fine.

If your client is bad then there is no work life balance and qentelli won't support you in this regard. They act like they are supporting but in reality they won't help you in anyway, because they are afraid of loosing the contract from the client and have no guts to talk to client about employee/team concerns. Especially there is one Texas based banking project which is a hell, lots of micro management and no support from qentelli as well in this regard....Read More

Nepotism is there, only known connections are given first priority openly even though they don't perform. There is huge discrimination when it comes to give appraisal, work life balance. Management is good for nothing. All big talks. They do hire in bulk mindlessly and then fire. They literally play with people's career. People in the bottom line are not given hike, but leaders in higher level are getting big hikes and promotions.
