A challenging position with a progressive organization where my progessive skills can be implemented in all the ways and the same was happened to me.. Day to day life was quite happy with Qdegrees family.. Spent almost my second birthday with QDegrees.

Management- Please respect your employee work. you can hire a new person with a good package but can't increase the package of existing employees (with the same capabilities). Strange! Just increasing the position doesn't mean the appraisal, package should be at least according to the given position.
