Unrealistic expectations of seniors to complete the project. Sometimes they never acknowledge the work you do. Mostly the company runs by interns over the development team side. They do not invest in expanding the team.

The work culture and growth opportunities are very good. Lot of good projects in IT and so much of learning. Work timings are flexible. WFH available when required. Management is Ok.
