1. Very good work culture. 2. Great opportunities to learn new technologies. 3. Very talented and technocally strong teammates. 4. 6 months appraisal around 5-12K per month. 5. Work life balance. 6. Great place for freshers to start their career since they have opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

Cant consider this as a con because you cant expect such a good learning curve and work life balance all together in any other companies. To say a con, Dont expect packages that product companies give. Package will be based on the experience you got but you will get 10*hike you l get from MNCs like Infy or TCS.

Likes

I got to work on different technologies. Good teammates and friendly colleagues. Though the employees get a lot of recognition the career growth is slow. Salary for freshsers is low but there is appraisal every six months and company gives a decent salary hike. Company also arranges can for travel when we have to sit for extended hours. Learning opportunity is really good, I got to learn so many technologies but haven't got chance to master any technologies. Work environment is very good. Most of the projects have good work life balance for the employees....Read More

Dislikes

While the employees get a lot of recognition for the hard work they do, the credits are taken away by the managers. Career growth is very slow.
