Management is very cruel. Many people have already left the company due to its insensitive policies. They have a long bond policy, which was rigid even during pandemic with a pay cut. No experience certificate or relieving letter unless you pay an amount.

Dislikes

Workforce is the strength of the company but it's not the case here.

Work Details

No overtime for extra working hours. Work under pressure.
