Worst billing place to work in Chennai. They don't consider your work or even consider you as a human . All they think of u is that I can replace you at any time with a new one cause many are coming in. They give good salary package so all employees are dashing towards here but that is their only good point . Simply don't join here if u are planning to grow your carrer, whole management is psych.

I feel very bad there is a lots of politics inside the company no cafeteria compulsory extends ...they want 100 percentage production & quality but they do not provide any things lots of pressure there is no peacefull....if you choose that company I guaranteed you are going to hell 😂💯 there is one project the whole company is running from the one project like 14 yrs .... A good company for learning medical billing .

There is no good appraisals no job security and team leads are not supportive to teammates they are selfish. Managers and TL request to working on US holidays time to support team in other projects if you work those holidays they won't pay for your work if you raise a questions to managers and leads they blackmail like this " I didn't approve your leave what you can do , do for that I don't care about that " , They politics are hits very hardly . The managers , TL and leads are such a disgusting fellows . If new girls came to team they behave those girls very cheaply and disgustingly. Such a worst office I ever seen in my medical billing career. Leads are follow and disturbing a girls like " Maala Maala Vedivelu " 😂 . They don't know how to behave at girls and how to respect girls .
