Favoritism and nepotism exists. Job security is a serious issue. HR can do whatever they want. Same goes for managers. Words cannot be trusted

i never seen such a worst company ever , senior staff (ladies) from ages they were in the company and our BDM Rahul will listen to ladies only he will take decision said by them full of politics , no growth , no new requirements to work .manager Rahul i never seen a such a idiot i dont know how he became BDM with out any knowledge into Staffing .

HR team while interview they will offer the package as asked but when comes to offer letter its different and they dont inform the deductions till you join the office and they dont give PF number to . many people joined and left the company due to this and the dont pay salary.
