Likes

It is good for freshers and in the beginning of career . You learn a little and they pay you well. Teammates were good so time flew.

Dislikes

They have no idea what they want. They have no processes in place. They don't know how they appraise salary. Appraisals are dome annually but management says it is not the performance based. And then they can't explain what they are doing to motivate you to keep performing.It becomes frustrating after certain time. They have no growth plans for employees.

Work Details

Initially it was exciting for 2 years and then really very boring.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
