Pyramid IT consulting - Amazing journey with them as of now , joined them as a Executive Resourcing to Resource Manager they given me a lot. In Pandemic - Heard lot of companies putting their employees on LWP including their manager but at other side pyramid tremendously support their employees to retain and given sufficient amount of work.. Need to spent more time for employees satisfaction in terms of other activities like outing for whole company , Team Parties ....people get more satisfaction and putting more efforts in work . And also if employees get motivate of their education assistance that's also great
