The point is, if you get good Manager, everything will be good and balanced. But if get bad Manager like Saurabh Sharma (DM) then he will eat your job against his ego.

Dislikes

Saurabh Sharma director of delivered and Paras Chaudhary, don't go in their team. They all are with full of ego.

I completed one year Bond with Pyramid and during getting my Retention bonus, the company again forced 6 months Bond without any prior information. HR policies ate worst ever.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
