1)They offer with performance bonus of 12%-40% on reward statement. But you will get 3% of bonus at the end of year 😆. 2) they deduct insurance premium from salary. Before joining ask for high pay . Performance doesn't matter here for promotion .only good connection with managers important 😂. Lots of politics . Be ready to work on weekends.no personal life . 1 source working on multiple projects. Even If any task get delayed due to multiple project assignment, they gone blame you only . They will hire the people just for short term like 6monghs one year and after that they will force employees to resign. They dont have capability to bring projects to the company. PwC is below stamdard company and it is not deserved to be in big 4 comoanies worse than anything

For ESG business unit, the work culture, the pay or the skill development nothing is good. Managers know nothing amd try to squeeze everything out from the associates with 2 3 years of experience. They pay peanuts for lots of work. There is no work training given you just join and they just make you work and expect you to know everything.
