Working in a Big4 gives you a brand value. You could get good projects and exposure here, but it totally depends on the team you're in and how your project manager wants to deploy his resources. Sometimes you can even be deployed on projects for years.

1. The compensation structure for Assistant Manager and below is below par and is not at all commensurate with the amount of work which is provided to you. More often than not you end up being overworked. 2. Working hours are from Mon - Fri - flexible hours. But generally people start the day at 9 and end by 8.
