No value towards work life balance, Salary and hike are not great. Expectations from upper management expects to work more than the working hours almost all the days of the year. Hectic workload. The worst thing is the process.

System is not good, supports staff (HR, L&D team, Resource team) don’t work well and aren’t supportive. Work life balance is not there, the gap between what top management says and claim to believe in and how the ground reality is. Mismanagement.

It's disheartening to share that despite being one of the top performers, I was laid off without prior warning. While I don't intend to discourage anyone outright, I feel it's important to advise prospective employees to carefully consider their decision joining this organization. Sometimes, performance alone may not guarantee stability.

1. 'Bhaiya-Didi' Culture: The workplace operates more like a local neighborhood than a professional environment, with favoritism and cliques dominating the culture. 2. Lack of Professionalism: The behavior of many colleagues is far from professional, creating an uncomfortable and unproductive atmosphere. 3. Layoffs of Top Performers: Even top performers are not safe here. Hard work and results don't seem to matter when decisions are made arbitrarily. 4. Unreasonable Late-Night Work: Late-night sittings are a norm, with no regard for employees’ well-being or work-life balance. 5. Unhelpful Seniors: Seniors often expect you to be available 24x7 but offer little to no guidance or support in return. 6. No Value for Professionals: True professionalism is neither respected nor recognized here. 7. Technically Incompetent Leadership: Senior managers lack technical expertise, leading to poor decision-making and a lack of direction. 8. Team Dynamics: The team environment is chaotic, with a lack of competence and collaboration among members. 9. No Concern for Personal Life: There is zero regard for personal life or emergencies, making it impossible to maintain balance. 10. Worst work life balance is a myth in pwc, management is toxic. They do not treat employee with respect , less pay, more work, no pay for extra time worked , managers will force employee to work from home

Overall PwC is a pretty nice place to work in. Specially in Bangalore, the attitude of management is supportive, personal growth is focussed on and job security is present.

Anything other than salary. There is lot of groupism and politics. They turn down anything other than those close to managers ask for. Very negative environment and no learning anyway. Late night calls, msgs and micro managing. My manager is toxic but I know few managers good here who are fighting to survive.

They can terminate you anytime , no job security and also lot of work pressure. I was forced to work on every weekend. Perks and hike are also bare minimum as compared to other big4.

Nothing I did not like anything. This big4 does not have any benefits. they just want machines to work around the clock.

Management...too much politics even if you are a senior associate managers will make a ruckus and put the blame on you to save themselves Pay is not that good compare to other big4 Work is also not that good they pretends they have the best tools but none of them works for what it is created and they will start creating another one with half or not working tools because of this they say you should not charge time as we have tools but all the work is done by human manually Culture which I have never seen in PWC. The team members don't even know each other. Working hours well you don't have any you work around the clock and sleep in between for 3-4 hours. Let's say that you had a deadline and you worked till 5-6 in the morning. The loving manager will want you to attend the 9:30 daily call even if you are asleep after doing the work he wanted and then get angry when you don't attend.
