Never seen such a stupid management who does not take any care of employees, yet give pages of organization lessons to employees in training and mails. Worst customer service, worst timings with average to below average compensation. I left the job within a year as I found it comfortable to stay unemployed than working here. I paid 3.5 lacs bond amount without even thinking for a moment as I did not wanted to ruin my life anymore.
