It is my institution thigh at present work culture is not so good but it can be improved with combined dedication and hard work of all affiliated with it.

It is having old government office type of culture. Everyone wants to save himself at the cost of others

I got sufficient opportunities to develop my skills. Bank also gave training at every step in my career. Overall working environment was good.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
