- Scope of growth, there are trainings on various domains which you can attend and improve your skills

- There is remote work option, but they will not commit to it. They can change that anytime which is not clearly mentioned in the offer letter. They will ask you to come to office even though both the parties signed the contract with remote work agreement. I will not recommend to candidates who are prefer remote work and do not wishto relocate to their base office locations. - No work life balance. Besides client work, you will get pulled into various other organizational activities that will burn you out. They say that it is for promotion, but they are not even giving raise. - There is ongoing client work that will keep you neck deep, but there is no sign of raise.
