Good only if you have a good manager or account leadership

Dislikes

Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(

Flexibility in the role, can get involved at the level you want. On-site opportunities available if you push for it. Good wfh policy

Considering the current market trends regarding layoffs as well, which company would be a better option for me to go for?
