Good work life balance because they will not give you any work and after 6 months they’ll ask you to resign stating performance. The only good thing is the culture and the salary they offer

Dislikes

No proper ways for you to upskill or to take on leadership roles, just do the same work and stay stuck in the same job, won’t get any opportunity to learn anything new.

Processes are complex, but then if you aren't challenged you will not foresee growth. So, nothing as such. People will surely like the organisation.

Uplifting vs Bringing down

I realised after 5 years in my career that most recruiters abroad expect relevant experience compared to exact work experience. Should we remove the non relevant experience. then? Some of my friends are asking me not to omit non relevant experience as in PF all experience is mentioned, but suppose I wanted to try out a particular tech stack and didn’t like it. Why should i mention that to my recruiter? Do companies in India expect the same kind of relevancy based resume?
