Banks Human Resources Management Policy is very weak. I have come across cases wherein they have Charge Sheeted employees on frivilous grounds There is no principal of Natural Justice and you cannot raise your voice against management, they will use the weapon of transfer against you. I have come across a case wherein they have discharged the employee in Depatmental Proceedings and later given the employee for A C B, C B I Prosecution under Prevention of Corruption Act and he is still fighting the case even after leaving the Bank....Read More
