In the difficult times like covid, they made sure of the employees' comfort by providing IT related devices like monitor, head sets, etc and furniture kit like office chair, office desk, etc. Also reimburse the wifi bills. During covid 19 lockdown, organization has provided wfh to all employees. Management has also provided all facilities like IT kit allowance, furniture reimbursement, internet and USB headsets reimbursement so that employees can do wfh smoothly, also arranged meditation sessions during this time for mental health of employees.
