They're running English language teaching as a side gig to their visa business. There is no direction for the English language team. The CELTA trainers have zero knowledge of English language teaching and try to undermine those with higher qualifications and experience. It really shows that they bought their one month CELTA course without appearing for pre-interviews or proficiency exams. The managers are terrible at English and have bookish ideas about how language teaching works. They even defend their fossilized errors on Indian English and MTI. 1.No focus on employee wellness, benefits or career growth. You need to ask for your rightful pay every time, which if paid, is never on time. The only focus is on revenue generation, all they want is a bunch of high revenue generating sales guys. 2. False assurances and promises on the most basic things like your salary, which keeps on getting prolonged until one day when you stick to your guns about it and then you are terminated without any formal notice or procedure. Then 6 months down the lane, you are still pursuing them to clear your pending salary, forget F&F! There's no separation package, no variables, just false assurances all the way! 3. No streamlined work or operations and any suggestions towards the same are only met with evasive answers and never implemented. 4.No job security - you are terminated at the drop of the hat without any notice beforehand and made to pursue them for your pending salaries, which never actually are credited unfortunately....Read More
