...e generation, all they want is a bunch of high revenue generating sales guys. 2. False assurances and promises on the most basic things like your salary, which keeps on getting prolonged until one day when you stick to your guns about it and then you are terminated without any formal notice or procedure. Then 6 months down the lane, you are still pursuing them to clear your pending salary, forget F&F! There's no separation package, no variables, just false assurances all the way! 3. No streamlined work or operations and any suggestions towards the same are only met with evasive answers and never implemented. 4.No job security - you are terminated at the drop of the hat without any notice beforehand and made to pursue them for your pending salaries, which never actually are credited unfortunately.

I regret why did I join this company. They give u wfh and they don't pay ur salary on time. Poor and unethical behaviour. They focus on only money money and they don't provide proper sevice to client. Plz avoide this company before u give interview or join. U will loose yr peace of mind.

I am ashamed to have been associated with such a dishonest company. Their unethical behavior and lack of transparency are appalling. I urge others to steer clear of this fraudulent organization.

1. Trainers have a real opportunity to contribute to the development of assessment models of curricula. 2. Creative approach when it comes to conducting classes is always welcome. Trainers have the freedom to design classes in a way they are comfortable with. 3. The head of the training department is very supportive, gives advice and answers any questions readily. 4. If there is a problem, it can always be discussed with others to find the best solution. 5. Achievements are always celebrated and shared with the entire team, which is very encouraging. 6. The company is very transparent with its clients. What is promised is always delivered. All clients are treated equally, irrespective of the training program they choose. 7. Work-from-home mode allows flexibility.

Dislikes

Just like any other company, Prowess also has some room for improvement. To make its growth even more organic and sustainable, these points should be considered: 1. More transparency between the management and employees regarding the company's plans and future growth would be great. 2. Feeback/appraisal should happen on time without the need to follow up multiple times.

1. Office has a beautiful and peaceful environment 2. Managers understand the reasons you are unable to perform and consider your situation if you can explain the roadblocks 3. As I was a fresher I got ample opportunities to learn , I mostly learnt to be self reliant

Nothing as such it's a good place to work. It's important to communicate if you require help and are facing problems to meet your expectations.
