Yes. I am associated with Protiviti India Member Private Limited from last 4 years. I have got good exposure of working and different clients / projects to learn new things every time. Company culture is also very good. Since it is a global consulting firm. Salary and bonuses are good comparing it with Industry / Corporates.

Dislikes

Working environment is not suitable for person's growth. HR policy are very weak. E.g.: Giving only half monthly salary during notice period is not something employees look for. Appraisals are below average than other management consulting firms (Big4) HR's usually don't reply to the mails, calls. Some managers definitely need managerial trainings or Protiviti can have MDP (Managers development programs) as managers here are skilled way below than other companies in terms of team handling, team growth, learning, project execution....Read More
