There is nothing to like about Protiviti India Member. If you want to screw your career, then only join this company. They misrepresent to people to make them join and then within a couple of months the pandorabox opens. This so called company (actually it is a lalaji shop) has nothing to do with Protiviti group than being subcontractor to them. Using the name of Protiviti on payment basis.

Dislikes

Non professional and toxic environment. No vision and absolute absence of leadership skills in the so called leaders (5 ppl) running the company. Zero transparency and unethical working practices.

Likes

Good engagement activities during R&R organized by the HR.

Dislikes

Bad culture. No work life balance. Bad hiring of team as well as senior management. Toxic culture and abusive language used in internal teams by directors and senior management.

Some peoples in the management are good they think about your growth and the seniors help you todo your job if needed.

Dislikes

I'm working more than 10 hours, extremely underpaid. Project managers have no good behaviour, they treat you like they own you, they will threat you about Salary if you don't work as per expectations to them and they won't expect any mistake from you as a human. If any mistake dine they'll threat you. When you need emergency leave for you and and your family, project managers think that's not important, only project and client is important. Forces you to make the conversation with seniors when you need help and almost everytime you can't reach them because they're occupied, no training, nothing, but they expect full fledged cutting edge expertise from you, I'm just a fresher and for starting this firm is horribly bad. Yes some good peoples are there too but the worst ones are so bad that they don't care about anything. They'll pressurise you to work on weekends. As a fresher you'll take much time to finish a new task because you've to learn while doing your job, you've to read, search, but project manager thinks I'm just sitting around. Honestly, There is nothing to like about the firm; if you are a part of the BPI team, you will regret it for your entire lifetime. Kindly refrain from joining the BPI team.

1. Team- It is a tiny team of 4-5 members and people usually leave this team in 3-4 months. There is no hierarchy in the team 2. Work Culture - Extremely bad. An MD heads the BPI Team with the initials AK. It is extremely tough to work with him, rogue languages, demotivated talks, high-pitched voices, slave-like treatment 3. There is only little scope of learning. Too many politics in the team and concerned departments. Nothing great about the company to work for. I don't recommend because working in this company may spoil your work experience and havoc for your career.

Favouritism, politics, poor management, Gundaism, least cared about employees, no projects, no budget, no scope for learning, Unprofessional managers and project leads.

Company, leaders, culture. Actually this is not a company. This is a lala company. Kind of "apne Mann ko bhaiya, apne....kaat k khaya". Poor f&f Settlement process. They deduct half of the settlement amount by threatening the employees.
