There is only little scope of learning. Too many politics in the team and concerned departments. Nothing great about the company to work for. I don't recommend because working in this company may spoil your work experience and havoc for your career.

Dislikes

Favouritism, politics, poor management, Gundaism, least cared about employees, no projects, no budget, no scope for learning, Unprofessional managers and project leads.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Some times, work pressure is high. Allocating work is done at the last minute leading to fire fighting exercise always. Director doesnt contribute much in terms of suggestion related to work. Worst experience of politics i have ever noticed. I mean, feedback doesnt reach you but is known to everyone except you.
