Primary Skills Required :
Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least 3 modules from the following list (mandatory) :
- Costing, Inventory Management, and Item Structures
- Inventory Planning Order Orchestration and Financial Orchestration
- Oracle Fusion Maintenance Discrete Manufacturing and Planning
- Product Data Hub (PDH) and Innovation Management Procurement, Procurement Self-Service, and Supplier Portal
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud SCM functionality.
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Perform end-to-end process design for modules like Inventory Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
- Provide support for data migration, setups, configurations, and customizations.
- Handle integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and other systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, or third-party applications).
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas requiring system customization or additional functionalities.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Configure SCM modules based on best practices to optimize supply chain operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCM processes to address operational challenges effectively.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization and process orchestration across modules like Inventory Planning, Order Management, and Procurement.
- Participate in testing cycles (e.g., SIT, UAT) to validate configurations and system functionality.
- Work on reporting requirements using Oracle tools and ensure compliance with audit and control standards.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Deep knowledge of at least three SCM modules, including configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and related modules.
- End-to-end implementation experience, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementations and upgrades efficiently.
- Understanding of best practices and industry trends in Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to adapt Oracle SCM solutions to specific industry requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
- Basic understanding of integration tools, OTBI, and reporting frameworks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Oracle Cloud SCM Certification
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Open to travel and onsite project requirements as needed. Prior experience in handling customer engagements and end-user training is a plus.
