Technical Consultant - Oracle Flexcube (2-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Flexcube (version 14 and above) and its key business modules. You will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering robust technical solutions to enhance banking operations. Key

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to align technical solutions effectively.

- Provide expert consulting services to internal and external stakeholders.

- Work on key Flexcube business modules, including but not limited to : CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) Credit/Loans Branch Operations Develop and maintain interfaces, gateways, and services within the Flexcube application architecture.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met effectively.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

- Prepare detailed documentation and provide training to end-users and team members as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Expertise in Oracle Flexcube (version 14 and above).

- Strong knowledge of key Flexcube business modules, including Core, CASA, Credit/Loans, Trade, Payments, Treasury, and Branch Operations.

- Proficiency in Flexcube interfaces, application architecture, and gateway services.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in implementing and customizing Flexcube solutions to meet business needs.

- Knowledge of banking and financial domain processes.

- Experience with Flexcube implementation and upgrade projects.

- Familiarity with PL/SQL and Oracle database.
