Position: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, specifically focusing on Core HR and Compensation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Design and build dashboards to provide key insights into HR data.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture and data model.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Core HR and Compensation modules, including their functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience in developing and maintaining interfaces and integrations with other systems.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other team members.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.
Qualifications :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and/or upgrades.
- At least 4 years of experience working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite.
- In-depth experience in Core HR and Compensation modules.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Strong understanding of relational and dimensional logical data modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
