You will get work of every kind except what you have been hired for. initially they will give u a good project and after getting u in they will give any project even without asking u. they will not change the project even if you donot want to work on that project. atlast you will quit in less than 1.5year.

Dislikes

No security of job, no respect for employees in front of client. they treats employees as hired slave for clients.

working hours depend on client requirement. client have more power than HR. standard working hours are 9 to 9 and if client asks to stay for night then we have to stay at client place. Manager will not help in that case. they are very clear about this.

There are situation sometimes you will get wfh.

There is less work life balance. Even at the fresher level the fresher needs to figure out what needs to be done for a task. No proper channel of work . If you are added to a project you are overloaded with works nd complaint from management is common even if you are giving your work. Reimbursement policy is worse. One have chase down the management for their own money for reimbursement

Dislikes

There is a bit lack in Skill developement and guiding for further hights in professional growth. It is happening but its not reaching to the every employee.
