Only one thing Is good that salary is on time

I worked at Porigo Software and, unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The management team was very uncommunicative, and there was little to no support for professional development. I felt stuck in my role with no clear path for advancement. The work culture was also quite toxic, with constant micromanageme nt and unrealistic expectations<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. While the salary and benefits were decent, the lack of transparency and the absence of work-life balance made it hard to stay motivated</mark>. In addition, I noticed that feedback was rarely taken seriously, and when issues were raised, they were often ignored or dismissed. I would recommend that Porigo Software focus more on improving internal communication, providing better training for managers, and creating a clearer roadmap for employees to grow within the company.
