Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

They want new comers work like highly experienced candidates and getting scold by few seniors even though work hard. Make us work on weekends too. No work culture, so much pressure . They give full project to interns to complete and they don’t even extend after 6 months. Take almost one year to extend. They keep us in hold saying that better performance needed… useless reasons to lay off after completing project....Read More

Nothing is there to like, even if you have any doubt you will not get any kind of solution better find it yourself and also managing is worse , call centers are much better

everybody is so rude there nobody literally cares about you, they don't care about any employees and nepotism will save your job there they will hire you and then give you ton of work and when there is not much requirement they will give random work and try to get rid of you asap

Only one thing Is good that salary is on time

I worked at Porigo Software and, unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The management team was very uncommunicative, and there was little to no support for professional development. I felt stuck in my role with no clear path for advancement. The work culture was also quite toxic, with constant micromanagement and unrealistic expectations. While the salary and benefits were decent, the lack of transparency and the absence of work-life balance made it hard to stay motivated. In addition, I noticed that feedback was rarely taken seriously, and when issues were raised, they were often ignored or dismissed. I would recommend that Porigo Software focus more on improving internal communication, providing better training for managers, and creating a clearer roadmap for employees to grow within the company.
