Only one thing Is good that salary is on time

...as also quite toxic, with constant micromanagement and unrealistic expectations. While the salary and benefits were decent, the lack of transparency and the absence of work-life balance made it hard to stay motivated. In addition, I noticed that feedback was rarely taken seriously, and when issues were raised, they were often ignored or dismissed. I would recommend that Porigo Software focus more on improving internal communication, providing better training for managers, and creating a clearer roadmap for employees to grow within the company. Overall, my time here was frustrating, and I left feeling undervalued and demotivated.

Only thing I liked about is gives salary on time. Hike also good.

Dislikes

They want new comers work like highly experienced candidates and getting scold by few seniors even though work hard. Make us work on weekends too. No work culture, so much pressure . They give full project to interns to complete and they don’t even extend after 6 months. Take almost one year to extend. They keep us in hold saying that better performance needed… useless reasons to lay off after completing project.

The management is good. HR policies are employee friendly. Salary is decent. You get to learn many new technologies

No work life balance. No cultural activities. Bad infrastructure. Work culture and environment can be better
