Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Some employees are good in junior level.

Dislikes

In offer letter they will mention that after 6 months of working period you provisional period will be over but they will extend your provisional period so that they can kick you out after project will be completed. No work life balance even you need to work in weekend. Internal politics is there everytime senior will be call you anytime if you will ignore in weekend they will given you bad reviews to your manager. If anything will be wrong from you senior's end they will totally give that blame on your shoulder. No promotion will be given how much you will be good in your performance. Toxic culture of manager everytime manager will be threatened you that you will not get any variable pay or your provisional period is still going on so we can kick you. Also they will give you comp off for weekend work but when you want to use those leaves they will not allowed of you forcefully use they will cut your salary as per day.
