Very first thing that they will keep a signed check from you with a two months of salary on it. So, if you leave without serving full notice they will encash back the amount. Compensation is less than average. Better for carrier starting person who just want to experiment his skills or challenge himself for better role. But that will make you compensate with your compensation later in your carrier beacause you will get salary hike based on your last drawn salary. No training will be there for you.
